HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order will be delivered in 7-10 working days to all the metros and tier I cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at support@pantterra.com.

 

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

Once the order is confirmed, details are sent to the customer via email from Shiprocket/Pickrr about the status of the package. Alternatively, a customer can also track the shipment from the link send to customer with order confirmation. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at support@pantterra.com. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

There are no shipping charges for orders in India. In case of international orders shipping charges are applicable.
